RS2 is not a flight sim, but it actually has some serious flight physics implemented. Understanding the collective really separate the good pilots from below average pilots (there ain't no average pilots in this game). I recorded a real quick clip of this maneuver, keep an eye on that collective bar Simply keeping collective at 75 or lower for the whole maneuver works great too, but won't be as tight a turn. This will give you a very quick sharp turn, but requires more collective management. The extra RPM gained from lowering collective earlier will get you traveling in the direction you want quicker. About halfway through the turn I pump collective back up to 100%. The way I do it is I drop collective all the way to 0 when I start turning. When collective is 0 your rotor's RPM will raise above normal, making it more responsive when you raise collective again. Like AWOL said, all you gotta do is lower collective while you're making a sharp turn.ħ5%/50% collective works well, but if you drop collective all the way to 0, you can trade a little bit of altitude (like 20m) for an even sharper turn. Please bring your pain diary with you to this appointment.Basically the cobra uses the same engine as the huey but is considerably heavier, so its engine can't keep up if you have full collective while maneuvering. ![]() You should schedule a follow-up visit in 2–3 weeks to review your response to this injection. The information you provide on this diary is used to guide your treatment plan. ![]() Please complete the pain diary given to you after your injection. It is OK to restart your exercise or physical therapy program as soon as you feel comfortable doing so.You may resume all of your normal daily activities 24 hours after your injection. You may have a period of slightly increased pain after your injection before the cortisone takes effect. Remember that the corticosteroid benefit (long-term pain relief) from an injection can take as long as 10 days to occur. These signs include fevers/chills, severely increased pain, redness at the injections site, or any drainage from the injection site. While it is extremely rare to get an infection after a spinal procedure, please call the office if you develop any signs of infection. These side effects can include flushing, hot flashes, mild palpitations, insomnia, water retention, feeling anxious/restless, or headaches. Corticosteroid side effects can occur after this injection, but they usually resolve after several days.Do not leave it on after you have taken a shower or gotten it wet. Please remove the sterile dressing/band-aid tonight or tomorrow morning. You may immediately restart your regular medication regimen, including pain medications, anti-inflammatory, and blood thinners. No hot packs, saunas, or steam rooms during this time. Avoid heat to the injection area for 72 hours. ![]() You may apply ice for 20 minutes at a time several times a day as needed.
